The kit provides reagents for fully automated purification of RNA. Magnetic beads-based technology enables purification of high-quality nucleic acids that are free of nuclease, proteins and other impurities. The purified nucleic acids are ready for the downstream applications such as RT-qPCR. The purification procedure comprises the following four (4) steps to ensure the safe and reproducible handling of potential infectious samples.
